STEP 2: COMPLETE APPLICATION + UPLOAD RECORDS
After touring our campus, the next step is filling out an official LCS application and submitting all required school records and documents. The online application must be completed and submitted before our admissions office can schedule an on-campus assessment for your student.
STEP 3: COMPLETE ASSESSMENT
Our purpose for student assessments prior to enrollment is to understand where each student is academically to provide the best resources possible for their continued success; student assessments are simply for overall academic assessment purposes. This assessment takes anywhere from 30min to 2.5 hours depending on the grade level. The student must pass with a score of at least 70%.
STEP 4: PRINCIPAL INTERVIEW
Upon completion of the student assessment and "Day in the Life", the Admissions Office will schedule a Principal Interview with parents/guardians as well as the prospective student. During this time, the principal will review your student's academic assessment and previous school records as well as determine the compatibility of your student with the mission, vision, and culture of LCS.
** LCS must receive a copy of school records & teacher recommendations before scheduling the principal interview **
STEP 5: ENROLLMENT
After the academic assessment and principal interview, LCS will review all information received and determine the acceptance of your student's enrollment to LCS. The Admissions Office will notify the parents of an enrollment decision (accept, waiting list, hold, or decline). Upon acceptance, an annual tuition deposit is required to secure a student’s position at LCS, and parents will be provided with the information necessary to complete the enrollment process.
We are so excited you would like to join our LCS family! If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact our Admissions Office at 615-331-6286 x222
