Come run like the wind with our Cross Country team! Our team offers a unique opportunity for students K5-12th grade to run on the cross country team. Our varsity team runs in races that are 5 KM (3.1 miles) long and our elementary and junior meets are 1-2 miles long. Cross country running develops strong mental skills and build an improved sense of discipline towards running, other sports, and life in general. Running is a lifelong skill and has many physical, mental, and health benefits.
