Deborah is an experienced Christian educator and administrator, with expertise in the areas of classroom teaching, educational technology, educational leadership, biblical integration, and accreditation.  She strives to model life-long learning and servant leadership.

Deborah has taught in both public and Christian schools and has been a Christian School secondary principal for over nine years.  In her most recent position, she was in charge of curriculum development and implementation and professional development. As principal, she has been instrumental in preparing her campus of 35 teachers for the accreditation process with ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International) and AdvancED.   In addition, she has served on an ACSI accreditation team has served on the ACSI Mid-America Accreditation East Commission.

Deborah is a graduate of Morehead State University (B.S.) and Northern Kentucky University (M.A. in Education). She is currently pursuing an Educational Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction through Liberty University.  She is a member of ASCD (Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development) and Learning Forward (formerly National Staff Development Council). Deborah is married to John. They have two grown children and three grandchildren. Deborah and John attend Lighthouse Christian Fellowship.
